Event Description
Our final cooking class for January takes us south of the border - and the next border too! Put Chicken Enchiladas on the menu for dinner and capture some rib-sticking "sabor de la comida española!"
Chef Maia will teach you how to make the sauce and filling for the enchiladas. After you will learn how to stuff, roll, and package them for the freezer.
You will leave with a pan of Chicken Enchiladas ready to be cooked or frozen for a future dinner.
