🐾 Dog Hero 5k run/walk – A Dog-Friendly Community Event
When: Saturday, May 23, 2026 | 9:00 am & 11:30 am start times
Where: Canyon Ski Resort, Red Deer, AB
Cost: Regular $40 per person & dog | Parking $10
Celebrate the bond between you and your dog at Dog Hero, a fun, outdoor, dog-friendly community event supporting the Central Alberta Humane Society. Enjoy a scenic
5k dog walk, meet fellow dog lovers, and get a Dog Hero swag bag (first 150 entries)!
All proceeds support shelter care, adoptions, and community programs ~ CA Humane is not government funded, so your participation makes a real difference.
