Event Description
Learning about the food we eat, and how societies historically ate, can tell us much about that society and ourselves. This workshop will start with some information on why bacon and bannock were such staple foods in the late 19th century, and finish with participants learning to make delicious bacon and bannock over a campfire.
This program takes place at Historic Fort Normandeau.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
$10/person, Ages 5 & under FREE.
