Event Description
Join us as we open two new exhibits: The Resiliency Project - Portraits by Lana Michelin in our hallway gallery and Red Deer Symphony Orchestra's Hitting Their Stride at 40 Years on our community wall. Both are opening on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 5-8pm (drop-in event) at the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery. ✨
A little about Lana Michelin's The Resiliency Project - Portraits: Combining Lana Michelin's passions for storytelling and art, artist/journalist Lana Michelin has interviewed and painted portraits of 11 individuals who are living with or overcoming adversity, trauma, and other challenges. She hopes their stories will inspire viewers who may be facing their own difficult life journeys.
FREE to attend, and everyone is welcome. We'll have snacks and refreshments as usual!
