Welcome to "Spare Me The Drama" Pride Bowling Night at The Gutter where the balls are heavy and the heels are high! Join us for a night of all things drag. From bowling, to shows and emcee's DD Fierce and Sparkle Motion ready to roast, let's celebrate pride in all its fabulous glory. Make sure to stick around for DJ Fynn's queer beats, you've never seen a split like this!

Whether you're a seasoned bowler or just looking to have a good time, this event is for you. So lace up those bowling shoes, grab a ball, and let's roll into a night of fun and Pride!

This event proudly supports The Queer Agenda, a local organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and all proceeds from the event will be donated to the cause.

Please join us on Wednesday , July 16th from 7pm - 9pm for a free outdoor showing of "Despicable Me 4" This event will be held on the green space adjacent to the community center located at 6021 57 Ave, Red Deer. We would like to thank Fresh Air Cinema for cosponsoring this free event. Everyone is welcome to attend

This is the 4th year we have organized a movie in the park free for everyone to enjoy.

Remember to come a bit early to secure your prefered spot. Bring a blanket or chairs to use while watching the movie. Bug spray would be a good idea too. We have been pleased with perfect weather in years past, but recommend you bring an umbrella because the movie will continue even if it rains. 

We enourage eveyone to bring their own snacks & refreshments. There is a water fountain onsite as well as bathroom facilities. 

We will play Dungeons and Dragons or whatever else you might request or bring. Parents, children, allies always welcome! Find us in the programming room at the GH Dawe Library the last Saturday of each month.

We invite you to bring your friends and family for a day filled with entertainment, including vendors, music, a drum circle, performers, dancers, kids' activities, a beer garden, a 50/50 raffle, and much more! We strive to bring Central Alberta's community together by inviting people from all walks of life, friends, and family! We want to celebrate cross-cultural and promote multicultural days. By celebrating people's cultures, it opens up the opportunity for people to connect with Central Alberta's community. There was a recent survey concerned about newcomers' mental health, and we want newcomers to feel connected with their culture in Central Alberta. We aim to reduce newcomers' mental health concerns by inviting them to bring their culture to the festival and celebrate with us.

On Saturday, please bring your country's flag, as we will have a flag ceremony and want every culture represented.

On Sunday, we ask you to wear your cultural attire, and we will play music from your culture at the festival. The individual who best represents their culture through creativity in their attire will win a trophy award!
