A stinkin good time is coming to the Common Ground Garden Project. Sunday September 21, 10am-3pm.  An aromatic celebration of the harvest Featuring a bustling market highllighting our local growers , and makers. There is something for eveyone: The BIGGEST veggie contest, The little Clove Family Zone, Live Music, Food Trucks, Engaging Workshops and LOTS OF GARLIC. Mark your calendar and bringn the whole family for a day of flavour, fun, and fresh finds! 

Learn how to make your own soap with Susan Nielsen of Eliza Jane Studios! You’ll get to choose the scents and colours of your soap to make a truly unique soap bar that is exactly to your liking. Participants will go home with 6-8 bars worth of soap, perfect for stocking up or gifting to others (get ahead on Christmas gifts!). This workshop is $85 per person and all materials are provided for you. There are only 12 spots available, and is open to adults only.

Get the weekend started with Juiced Audio for dancing and fun for the whole family! Light snacks available. Featuring a Kids’ corner with craft activities while adults get some dancing time.

The Ross Street Magic Festival in downtown Red Deer is a celebration of all things magical! Thanks to the support of local businesses, this community-driven festival features roaming adventurers, folk music, mystifying magicians, medieval sword fighting, crafts for the kids, a scavenger hunt and costume contest, and a vibrant artisan market. It's entirely volunteer-run and free to attend!
