GriefShare

GriefShare is a support group for people grieving loss of any kind. This group is lead by people who understand what you are going through and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time. After watching a video, you'll be included in a small group discussing what you've seen on the video. You will also have an opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences, and have the opportunity to share your own. Confidentiality is implied. Loss waits for no one. This group intends to run perpetually, including the summertime.

Thousands of people, world-wide, have successfully used what they learned during a WRAP course to live happier and more satisfying lives while improving connections to their families, their friends, and their community. Initially designed for people with mental health concerns who frequently moved from wellness to increased levels of ill-health, including crisis, WRAP has also been judged effective for people who struggle with the day-to-day management of their lives at work, at school, or at home. WRAP now has been shown to be effective for people with chronic illnesses like diabetes and fibromyalgia or who want to work on weight management and so much more. This is a free course. The sessions are designed to help participants identify problem areas and give them the tools and skills to make changes.
