Momentum Summer Canskate- Learn to Skate

Step 'N Stride 2026

Parkinson Step 'n Stride – Red Deer

Join the Parkinson Association of Alberta for our 14th annual Parkinson Step 'n Stride! This community fundraising walk takes place Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at McKenzie Park.

Step 'n Stride brings together participants, families, volunteers, and community partners in support of the more than 15,000 Albertans living with and affected by Parkinson's disease. As the only standalone charitable organization in Alberta dedicated to Parkinson's support, services, and education, funds raised at this event go directly toward continuing that work.

Come out for a walk, enjoy activities and prizes, and help us make a difference for the Parkinson's community. Everyone is welcome, no fundraising minimum required to participate!
